What’s the cost for office fruit?
Our Fruit Boxes start from just $24. Delivery is free. Ultimately, the cost will depend on the number of staff you have and amount of fruit you want to provide.
Compared to other health benefit programs in the workplace, providing office fruit to staff is very inexpensive. Your staff will love it!
How much fruit should I order for my office?
As a general rule, we suggest you start with 2 pieces of fruit per employee per week. There are no contracts so we can easily adjust the amount or frequency at any time. Part of our ongoing service is to monitor fruit consumption when we deliver. We’ll help you get the quantity and mix ratio just right!
Is your fruit guaranteed fresh?
Yes. Our office customers desire the very best, so we put great effort into ensuring our fruit is top-quality and backed by our 100% guarantee.
How does the fruit arrive?
After every piece of fruit is inspected it is carefully packed into our amazing hand-crafted wooden fruit boxes for recurring customers. For one-time orders and corporate gifts, we have a vibrant recyclable box. Our fruit boxes will look amazing and inviting in your staff areas.
What types of fruit will we get?
Each Fruit Box is packed with fresh fruit such as apples, oranges, and bananas. Plus we’ll include a variety of seasonal fruit throughout the year (ie: pears, plums, peaches, kiwis, nectarines…) The fruit in each Fruit Box will be whole fruit that you can grab and eat easily at work whenever you need a light healthy snack. We recommend a quick rinse before eating.
Where and when do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the city of Calgary. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday starting at 7am and are usually completed by noon. If your workplace is spread over a large area, or a number of floors, we can easily arrange to have your order split into several boxes and sent to any number of delivery points to cater to the staff at each location.
Do I have to keep placing an order every time?
Not at all. You can set up a recurring order with us and we’ll take care of the rest. We have customers that receive fruit daily, multiple times per week, once per week, every other week, on the second Tuesday of every month, on a specific schedule, and the list goes on. Once per week is the most popular but our route scheduling system can accommodate any frequency/schedule your office needs.
How much does delivery cost?
Zip. Delivery is free for any order any size. Do I have to sign a contract? No. Unlike other companies, we don’t have any contracts. This means you’re free to adjust, suspend, or even cancel at any time. Most customers place a standing weekly order and then occasionally vary the order based on specific needs.

How do I pay?
Payments can be made by AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, Discover card, EFT, or by company cheque. We can bill on a weekly or monthly basis.
Can I suspend my order for a holiday?
No problem. Just contact us and let us know. Before you think about suspending your order because the office will be closed (ie: for the holidays), we’d like you to consider our Donate-A-Fruit-Box program. Whether your office is closed or you are traveling, we have a simple program for you to give back to those in need. Participation is simple. Instead of putting your order on hold, our Donate-A-Fruit-Box program lets you opt to have us deliver your order to the Calgary Food Bank to help those less fortunate than ourselves. We also match your donation pound for pound. To date, we’ve delivered over 57,000lbs of fresh fruit to the Calgary Food Bank! That equals over 1,425 large cases of apples!
